This Privacy Policy explains how Woktra, operated by TAPSTER PARTNERS ("we", "us"), collects, uses, shares, and protects your personal data when you use the Service. We aim to collect only what we need to run a safe, fair hiring platform.
Where identity verification (including Aadhaar-based KYC) is required, we collect and process the minimum data needed to confirm your identity through our verification partners. We do not retain identity-document numbers beyond what is necessary or permitted by law.
We process your personal data with your consent and as necessary to provide the Service you request, to comply with law, and for our legitimate interests in running a secure platform. You can withdraw consent for non-essential processing at any time, though some features may then be unavailable.
Deposits, payouts, and KYC are handled through regulated third-party partners (for example, our UPI and payment processor, and identity-verification providers). Your payment-instrument details are processed by those partners under their own terms and security standards; Woktra does not store full card or bank credentials.
No system is perfectly secure, but we work continuously to protect your data and to respond quickly if something goes wrong.
We keep your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. After account closure, we may retain certain records where required for legal, tax, accounting, or legitimate business purposes, after which they are deleted or anonymised.

Woktra is intended for users aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has provided us data, contact us and we will remove it.
